It is on non-compliance of the judgment and order of this Court passed in CWJC No.3034 of 2016 that the contempt application is filed and it is after passing of 4 orders in the present proceeding, lastly with a direction to authorities of the Home Department to be present in the event of non-compliance, that a show cause is filed enclosing a notification bearing Memo No.2278 dated 16.3.2018 reporting compliance of the order of this Court which is made subject to outcome of the intra Court

Patna High Court MJC No.3251 of 2017 (5) dt.28-03-2018 appeal so preferred by the State. The order is in tune with the direction of this Court as well as in protection of the legal right vested in the respondents.

No cause subsists in keeping the contempt application pending which is disposed of in the light of the show cause filed today.
