13-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bangra (N.H.) P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 272 & 273 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a) & 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is case of recovery of illicit liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner and after noticing the police party, the petitioner fled away from the spot.

In view of specific allegation of recovery of illicit liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail.
