2. The only prayer sought for in the present writ petition by the petitioner herein is for disposal of the LARA Case No. 416 of 2017 pending before the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Patna through its Presiding Officer (Respondent No. 2) herein as expeditiously as

Patna High Court CWJC No.16990 of 2025(2) dt.12-11-2025 2/2 possible.

Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to dispose of the LARA Case No. 416 of 2017 pending before him as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order, if not already disposed of. It is needless to observe that before passing any orders the petitioner as well as the other interested party shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

4. With the above direction, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
