Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 360 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners, who happens to be the co-villager of the informant and assaulted the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the petitioners. Nothing specific has been attributed. There is case and counter case and the injuries are simple in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46319 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances as stated above, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 360 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
