This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that similarly situated co-accused, Mojibullah and Sk. Ainullah, have already been allowed regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 26753 of 2016, vide Annexure 2.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 405 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court.
