2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 379, 504, 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 27.07.2024.

4. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the trial, all the witnesses have turned hostile.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the the learned 7th-District and Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024.
