2. A prayer has been made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that the learned counsel has gone to attend the marriage, therefore, the case may be adjourned.

3. I have gone through the records of the case. The prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court on 07.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 52504 of 2024 and the second bail application has again been filed on 24.10.2024 i.e., within two months of its rejection.

4. This application is premature. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
