Petitioner is accused in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 237 of 2019 registered under Sections 420/413/414/467/468/471/34 of the I.P.C. and sections 25(1-b) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
