2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 90, 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 103(1), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. In the present case, 19 named criminals and some unknown criminals are said to have committed three murders. The petitioner is one of them. When such a large number of criminals will kill three persons, it is not possible to assign specific role to anyone.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
