2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 332, 333, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Gaya Civil Lines P.S.Case No. 163 of 2023.

3. As per the allegation, the petitioner was a part of the mob which was creating disturbance over physical examination of the candidates.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is a person of clean antecedent and on similar footing co-accused Chhote Lal has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr.Mis. No. 54377 of 2023 by a coordinate Bench of this

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Gaya Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 163 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
