The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable u/s 366/34 of the IPC. 3.

As per the prosecution case, one Subodh Yadav is said to have enticed and taken away the daughter of the informant and when the informant went to the house of Subodh Yadav, all the named accused persons assaulted the informant's side. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. There is no specific overt act against the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74480 of 2024(2) dt.28-10-2024 2/2 and they have been made accused in this case only on the basis that they are family members of the co-accused Subodh Yadav. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.275 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
