JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2018 The short grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has made a complaint before the Territory Manager, Muzaffarpur L.P.G. Territory, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Muzaffarpur Dipo but his complaint has not been entertained since the cost of Rs. 5,000/- has not been deposited.

The learned counsel for the petitoner at the outset submits that that the petitioner be granted liberty to file a fresh representation along with the cost of Rs. 5,000/- and in case such a representation is filed, the concerned authority be

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint along with a cost of Rs. 5,000/- as per the provisions of the unified guidelines for selection of L.P.G. distributor. It is needless to state that in case such a complaint is filed within a period of four weeks from today by the petitioner, the concerned authority shall examine the same and pass necessary orders within a period of 12 weeks thereafter in accordance with the provisions contained in the aforesaid unified guidelines.
