The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2019 in connection with Kursakanta (Kuwari) P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from his conscious possession but from a motorcycle which he was riding along with others. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions
