JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 23.2.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.7550 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in first paragraph and prayer portion of the said application it had wrongly been mentioned that case was pending before Additional District Judge-V, Madhubani in Sessions Trial No. 234 of 2014, arising out of Benipatti P.S.Case No. 43 of 2014 instead of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti and, accordingly, the order dated 23.2.2017 was passed to that effect. In view of above, in the last but one paragraph in the order dated 23.2.2017 it should be correctly read as "SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti in Benipatti P.S.Case No. 43 of 2014" in place of "Additional District Judge-V, Madhubani

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15477 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 in Sessions Trial No. 234 of 2014".

Accordingly, this application is disposed of by modifying the order dated 23.2.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.7550 of 2017 to the above extent only.
