The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 249/2013, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It appears that the case is of the year 2013. The petitioner is absconding. He did not appear in the court below. One of the co-accused had appeared and faced trial vide S.Tr. No. 715 of 2017. The trial has been concluded. But the petitioner did not appear before the court.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy
