ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 314 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 5(f), 6, 7, 8 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is merely a Compounder and entire allegations are false.

Considering the fact that the present case is registered under the POCSO Act, and the statement made by victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. supported the prosecution story, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
