The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner, rather it has been recovered from the Car and Pick up Van. The petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the co-accused have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 63167 of 2019 on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66942 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 14.10.2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 64927 of 2019 on 24.10.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura, in connection with Excise Case No. 273/2019 (Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 371 of 2019.
