2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 188 of 2025 dated 22.07.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the co-accused Gollu Sahni @ Golu Kumar @ Golu Sahani who is said to have apprehended along with this petitioner, has been granted bail vide order dated 03.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78484 of 2025 and the alleged recovery of firearm from the possession of this petitioner is said to have been made in the presence of police personnel only and not before any independent witnesses, the petitioner has been languishing in jail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73054 of 2025(3) dt.18-12-2025 2/2 since 23.07.2025 and against him, the investigation has been completed and though against him, there is one criminal case bearing Maker P.S. Case No. 180 of 2025 but in the said case he was made accused after the institution of the FIR in the present matter. It is lastly submitted that the release of the petitioner on bail at this stage will not affect the prosecution in any manner as all the material witnesses of prosecution particularly recovery witnesses, who are to be examined, are police personnel.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the petitioner's custody period and the completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 188 of 2025.
