The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case no. 08 of 2017, registered under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that petitioner being the ICDS called meeting of ladies Sewika and Sahaika on 30.01.2017. After the meeting, all Sewika and Sahaika were set free, but informant Abha Kumari was stopped and petitioner asked him to meet on 31.01.2017 in the office of D.P.O. On 31.01.2017 at about 11.00 A.M. informant reached at the office of D.P.O, then petitioner was not there and informant started waiting for D.P.O. In the meantime, Brajesh Kumar, Statistical Assistant called him to wait for petitioner. The informant stayed there to wait the petitioner. In the meantime, Punam Sahay and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24986 of 2017 (3) dt.12-09-2017 2/2 other supervisor also came and talked, while Punam Sahay was asked to go but informant was asked to stay there. Thereafter, at about 1.00 P.M. petitioner came to the office and started enquiry about her personal life and tried to outrage the modesty of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, notice was advertised in the news paper regarding the appointment of Anganbari Sewika and Sahaika fixing the date on 25.01.2017, but the date was suspended by the informant Abha Kumari without taking the permission of the superior authorities due to that reason a show cause notice was issued on 27.01.2017, which would appear from Annexure6. Due to that reasons, the informant lodged the present case on 04.02.2017 regarding the alleged occurrence of 31.01.

2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 08 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
