However, learned Counsel for the State and learned Counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation are present.

2. The present M.J.C. petition has been filed for willful disobedience of order dated 29.03.2024 passed in CWJC No. 5019 of 2020.

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the matter is between the Patna Municipal Corporation and the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court the claim of the petitioner was examined by the Patna Municipal Corporation and amount of admitted dues under the different heads have already been paid to the petitioner through R.T.G.S., which is at the tune of Rs.2,56,227/- (Two lakhs fifty-six thousand two hundred twenty seven only) in the account of the petitioner. Counsel further submits that the calculation chart and proof of deposit chart is annexed as Annexure-A series. Learned Counsel further submits that the amount of Group Insurance will be paid to the petitioner after receiving the same from G.I.C.

5. In the light of the submissions, this M.J.C. petition is dropped with observation that if petitioner has still some grievance that payment is not made then he shall file representation before the Corporation.

6. Accordingly, the M.J.C. application stands dismissed.
