Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Similarly situated co-accusd persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 01.10.2019 and 18.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 60607 of 2019 and 62156 of 2019 respectively. Learned counsel has produced the web copies of the aforesaid orders. Let it be
