The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2019 in connection with G.O. Case No.612/19 arising out of Bahera P.S. Case No.286 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30(A)/32[iii]/41[1] of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
