JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.4.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.16810 of 2017 by which petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the court below keeping in view the fact that other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by another Bench of this Court. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she could not appear before the court below within the time prescribed as she became ill.

Having heard both sides and considering the fact that petitioner is a lady, she is given a chance to appear before the court below within two weeks from today and file a petition to that effect and the court below will act in terms of the order passed
