JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 This application has been filed seeking modification in the order dated 17.08.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34705 of 2019 to the extent the petitioner's address has been described in the cause title.

It is stated by the petitioner that the address, as indicated in the bail application, which is there in the order under modification, is the correct address of the petitioner. However, in the FIR, the petitioner's address has been given as Jagdeo Path, Musahari, Patna-800019. It has been submitted that Jagdeo Path Musahari, Patna-800019 has never been the petitioner's address and since he was holding a post in the office of the District Education Officer, Buxar and in that capacity he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65697 of 2019(2) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 was made an accused in the case, he had applied for anticipatory bail with the correct address.

It is clarified that the address, as given in the order dated 17.08.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34705 of 2019 shall be treated to be the correct address of the petitioner and his sureties and bail bonds shall not be refused to be accepted on that ground.

Time for the petitioner to surrender in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 08 of 2019, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

This application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
