The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it appear from the F.I.R. that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. Further submission is that on perusal of the injury report (Annexure-2), only one abrasion is found.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41749 of 2017 (3) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.
