No. 13567 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner has tried his best to submit all the relevant documents which are in custody of the petitioner to the present Assistant Manager or to the Chairman after taking proper receipt, but they are lingering the matter and they have not received the same and, as such, now the order should be modified. The petitioner has filed Annexure-B, C and D in this regard.

Under the circumstance, the order dated 29. 03.2017 is modified to the extent that now the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37522 of 2017 (2) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. II, Aurangabad, in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C and whenever the document will be demanded, he will submit the same.
