JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Wena/Chandi P. S. Case No. 63 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504, 506, 34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. petitioner and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the father of the informant by lathi, causing injury. There is specific allegation of assault against one co-accused Bablu Kumar.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties. No specific allegation has been attributed against this petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.68983 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Hilsa, District Nalanda, in connection with Wena/Chandi P. S. Case No. 63 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
