JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 24-06-2025 The petitioner has approached this Court for challenging legality, validity and propriety of the order dated 18th July 2024 passed in NDPS Case No. 246/2010 by the learned Special Judge (NDPS) whereby and whereunder the petitioner was declared as an absconder and proclamation warrant was issued against him.

2. Without going into the details of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to surrender before the trial court within one week from the date of this order and approach the court for bail. The learned trial court shall consider the prayer for bail of the accused without being influenced in any way by the order of this Court.

3. For one week the order dated 18th July 2024 be kept in abeyance. If the petitioner fails to surrender within one week,

4. With the above order, the instant revision is disposed of.
