2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nayay Sanhita (BNS) Act.

3. The petitioner and her husband are alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. The petitioner is in jail since 04.07.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, West Champaran at Bettiah/concerned Court in connection with Bairiya P.S.
