2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to approach before this Court for bail. Earlier, vide order dated 12.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63603 of 2022, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected with a liberty to renew his prayer if the trial is not concluded within four months.

3. Vide order dated 03.11.2023, a report was called for from the learned Court below regarding the stage of the trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial. In compliance thereof, learned Additional Sessions Judge-XII, Saran at Chapra has, inter alia, reported that the case is running for prosecution evidence and he may take six months in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73224 of 2023(5) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 conclusion of the trial.

4. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Parsa P.S.
