The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 172 of 2012 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. Only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47890 of 2017 (3) dt.27-11-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 172 of 2012, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
