Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3248 of 2009 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420 and 465 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been implicated in this case falsely. Nothing specific has been alleged against them. Petitioners have no concern with the Bhrastachar Nirmoolan Samittee. Petitioners

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties specially the fact that the money was given for illegal purpose, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 3248 of 2009 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
