The petitioners filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents for grant of trained teacher scale to the petitioners preferably from the date of completion of the training.
Patna High Court CWJC No.21008 of 2019(3) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were appointed on the post of teachers and they were directed to undergo training. The petitioners completed their training but on account of inordinate delay in holding the examination and publication of result, the result of many batches were published simultaneously. It is further submitted that in the case of Banshidhar Brajwasi, this Court by order dated 25.11.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.21019 of 2019 directed the Director, Primary Education to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of trained teacher scale from the date of completion of the training and dispose of the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.
Having considered the facts aforesaid, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Director, Primary Education to consider the case of the petitioners also in accordance with law in the light of the direction given by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.21019 of 2019 and C.W.J.C. No.16165 of 2019.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
