Mr.Lalan Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 21.05.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.33474 of 2019.

Allegation of recovery of Andit Tablets, which is being used as intoxicant and making the person unconscious. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the other accused person has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 03.07.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 39880 of 2019. He is in custody for about eight months.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64855 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, NDPS Act, Darbhanga, in connection with Darbhanga Rail P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019, with condition that he has to appear as and when required by the learned court below and appeared as and when required, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.

With the above observations, this application is allowed.
