JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 61973 of 2017. It has been submitted that petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail for a period of six months by the aforesaid order but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time as they could not fulfill condition No. (i) because the persons who known to the petitioners have no immovable property. This Court finds that order dated 22.02.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 61973 of 2017 is self speaking order. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in the application.

The application stands dismissed.
