This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.53417 of 2022 by this Court by which the petitioner has been granted bail. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the prayer portion of the bail petition, the words 'in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 194 of 2021' has been typed in place of 'Dumra P.S. Case No.126 of 2022'. Accordingly, the order dated 19.11.2022 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph in place of 'Dumra P.S. Case No.194 of 2021', it will be read as 'Dumra P.S. Case No.126 of 2022'.
