Case No. 581 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 408 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that present case has been filed only with a view to pressurize the Insurance Company to make payment of the claimed amount. The claim appears to be based on false and concocted documents. The dispute involved is purely civil in nature for which a consumer case is also pending. From the allegations levelled, no criminal offence is made out against these petitioners. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.
