The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 326, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that petitioner and other accused persons named in the F.I.R., carrying deadly weapons in their hands, entered into the house of informant at about 9 PM on 29.04.2022 and looted cash of Rs. 2.5 lacs and on protest, this petitioner gave knife blow on the head of father of the informant, as a result of which, he received cut injury on his head.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to land dispute between the parties, an occurrence of simple Maarpit took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Injury is simple in nature.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71664 of 2022(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Danapur, District - Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 315 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
