2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 54 and 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85522 of 2024 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months, if the trial is not concluded.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the father of the informant was at a saloon. At 3.35 P.M., three miscreants fired at him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that till today only two witnesses have been examined. It has further been submitted that the name of this petitioner has surfaced during the confessional statement of Ashish Anand and Bal Kishan. It has also been submitted that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner. Only evidence available against this petitioner is that he has arranged the main assailants. It has also been submitted that similarly situated accused Roshan Kumar Gupta @ Roshan Kumar has been granted bail by learned Co-ordinate Bench vide Cr. Misc. No. 44085 of 2025. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 22.08.2024.
5. The application for bail is vehemently opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District
