JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,341,379,448,454/307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is case and counter case. The petitioner has already filed a case under Section 498A and other offences under the Indian Penal Code against her in-laws vide Annexure-2. The informant of the present case is Gotani of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50931 of 2018 (2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances above, let the petitioner, above named, who is a female, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.Case No.575 of 2017, G.R.No.7036 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
