No.38202 of 2018 by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Pakaribarawan (Dhamual) P.S. Case No.202 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Nawada.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that due to inadvertence name of village of the petitioners has been mentioned as „Kargara‟ in place of "Bari Gulmi" and the same thing has been mentioned in the order dated 02.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38202 of 2018.

Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the Cause Title of Cr. Misc. No.38202 of 2018 with regard to name of village of petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45839 of 2018 (2) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 Accordingly, in the Cause Title of order dated 02.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38202 of 2018, in place „Village-Kargara‟, it should be read as "Village-Bari Gulmi". This Modification Application is, accordingly, allowed.
