JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 This petition has been filed to modify the order 1710-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47505 of 2017. It has been submitted that inadvertently, in the prayer portion of main bail petition of Cr. Misc. No. 47505 of 2017, "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur" has been typed in place of "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi" and due to that, same mistake occurred in the order dated 17-10-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47505 of 2017.

Accordingly, the order dated 17-10-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47505 of 2017 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of the order "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur" mentioned in the order be read as "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi"

The counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the time for surrender has expired.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53660 of 2017 (2) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 In that circumstance, the time for surrender of the petitioners in the court below is further extended for six weeks. In the event, petitioners surrender in the court below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order, they will be released on anticipatory bail on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 17-10-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47505 of 2017.
