1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.A. For quashing the notice issued by the Respondent no. 2 dated 21.10.2019, contained in memo no. 4360, in the name of petitionerDayamanti Devi @ Damyanti Devi as well as notice dated 02.11.2022, contained in letter no. 664, for vacating the illegal occupation of the house within 15 days.

B. For issuance of directions to the respondents to get the sale deeds registered in favour of the petitioner on the basis of the sale amount already deposited and accepted by the Board in compliance of the order passed by Hon'ble Court dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.260 of 2023(3) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 29.01.2009, in CWJC No. 4489/2001."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. It is needless to state that for a period of ten weeks from today, status quo, existing as on today qua the house/plot of the petitioner in question, shall be maintained.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
