This application has been filed by the petitioners for modification in the order dated 25.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24429 of 2017 by this Court with regard to extend the period of surrender of the petitioners in the Court below. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that vide order dated 25.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24429 of 2017, the petitioners were ordered to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender within six weeks before the Court below , on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56538 of 2017 (2) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. ( Patarghat O.P) Case No. 75 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. but the petitioners could not surrender within the stipulated period due to personal difficulties. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the period of surrender of the petitioners, above named is further extended for four weeks from today with the aforesaid modification in order dated 25.08.2017 passed in Cr.
