2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 307, 323, 324, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the allegation, the accused persons were constructing a septic tank in front of the house of the informant and on protest, they badly assaulted the family members of the informant. The specific allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the husband of the informant on his head with lathi.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated.

There is a case and counter case. It has also been submitted that the land where the septic tank was being constructed was belonging to the petitioner and not to the informant's side.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
