2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for direction to the respondents either to return the land of the petitioner vide Khata No. 967, Khesra No. 957, Area 10 decimal which is attached with the Northern portion of the school or pay the compensation amount as per the New Land Acquisition Act, for direction to respondents to pay interest upon the aforesaid amount."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if he is allowed to agitate the matter before the respondent authorities in accordance with law.

4. Learned State counsel submits that in case, such petition is preferred, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. Granting said liberty to the petitioner/legal heir to agitate the matter, as recorded above, the writ petition is disposed of.
