The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 406 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is no specific material against the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner bears a clean antecedent and he is rotting in custody since 29.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67539 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019.
