2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 251/2023 dated 25.09.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120B and 471 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that from the prosecution story, it is clearly evident that the petitioner herself is a victim as she bonafidely purchased the land in question after paying Rs. 2,43,000/- to the seller and the informant has also filed a title suit bearing No. 395/2023 in the court of learned Civil Judge-I,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75061 of 2024(2) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 Senior Division, Samastipur civil court. The instant matter relates to civil dispute. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a lady having fair and clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the above submissions, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 251/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Shailendra Singh, J) annu/- U T
