2. The petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2023 in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 132/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/ 325/354/307/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has assaulted the victim with Farsa and has caused grievous injuries on the head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that admittedly there is land dispute between the parties. It is next submitted that there is case and counter case between

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 132/2023.
