1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that she has sought instruction from the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna and the Director, Secondary Education has orally instructed that permanent appointment is under way and until the permanent appointees are not appointed, the petitioners would not be disturbed from their place of posting as InCharge Headmaster of the concerned school.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that he is not pressing the writ application for the present.
